  • Orders are typically processed within 1–3 business days. (excluding pre-orders) Once your parcel is on the move, you’ll receive a tracking number via email so you can follow your swimwear’s journey. Delivery within Australia usually takes 2–7 business days.

  • If your order hasn’t been processed yet, we’ll do our best to make changes. Please contact us ASAP using our contact form or email us at info@lalaswim.com.au

  • Rinse in cold water after use, hand wash with mild detergent, and lay flat to dry out of direct sunlight. Avoid harsh chemicals and rough surfaces.

  • Yes! We are committed to sustainability by using eco-conscious fabrics, eco-friendly BeaverPack packaging, and small-batch production to reduce waste.

  • Most of our pieces run true to size, but some styles may have unique fits. Fit notes are included in the product descriptions, or you can refer to the size guide at the bottom of this page!

returns policy

    • We accept returns within 10 days of receiving your order.

      • Items must be:

        • Unworn and unwashed

        • With all original tags and hygiene liners attached

        • Free of makeup, deodorant marks, or perfume scents

      Due to hygiene reasons, we cannot accept returns on bottoms that have had the hygiene seal removed.

  • If your item arrives damaged or faulty, please contact us at info@lalaswim.com.au within 10 days of receiving your parcel. Once approved, we’ll refund or replace it as soon as possible.

  • Need a different size or style? We’re happy to help!
    Just make sure:

    • The item is unworn, with tags and hygiene sticker still attached

    • You contact us within 10 days of receiving your order

    We'll walk you through the exchange process!

  • Return shipping is at the customer’s expense. We suggest using a tracked service to make sure your swimwear arrives back to us safely.

  • We’re all about hygiene and fairness, so we can't accept returns or exchanges if:

    • Tags or hygiene liners are removed

    • The item has been worn or washed

    • The product was marked as final sale
